Our two tier programming allows us to accommodate for beginners and seasoned weight lifters. For every movement programmed there is a similar beginner movement!

We are focused on given you the best instruction. For this reason, we only hire Nationally accredited instructors. You’re in good hands!
Strength training is king when it comes to building a body that burns fat and builds lean muscle. Every group session is strength focused with added cardio or core. WE ARE NOT A HIIT TRAINING STUDIO.
NO LARGE GROUPS
We only allow a max of 12 participants into one group session. We do this to give you the instruction and attention you deserve during each session!

Functional Groups was created to be a middle ground between personal training and traditional group fitness. Our tracking app allows our members to tap into the personal training space by allowing members to track their weights and reps for every movement that we do. This allows for our members to correctly progress overtime.
