ELITE - The mindset and the result. Just because you aren’t a collegiate or professional athlete doesn’t mean you can’t share a similar mindset. At our studio we believe that true success starts from a strong and disciplined mindset. FUNCTIONAL GROUPS:
For individuals looking to finally make real body composition changes in a community that supports. Functional Groups are not like your typical group fitness class. Think personal training in a small group setting.
Functional groups is the perfect middle between personal training and traditional group fitness. Why? Unlike most group fitness gyms, we decided that we didn’t want to host huge classes (15-30 people.) Keeping our group sessions between 2 - 10 allows for our trainers to provide a premium training service to our members. This is just one of the many benefits of joining the #1 small group program in Tampa!

For individuals who prefer individual attention.
